Hi, I'm Ricardo Alberto Quintero Torrado. Today I present to you the web redesign of Virtual Media Agency as a fundamental part of the VMA digital restructuring project (VMA Digital Reengineering in times of pandemic)

Introduction

The VMA digital restructuring project (Digital Reengineering in times of pandemic)

It has been a project worked on with love, responsibility, but above all, the adequate precision to be able to interpret each moment, in accordance with what he himself requested in each of its phases.


Current context of the project

For the website, an extensive and important process was carried out to redesign a Structured website for digital strategy / Content Marketing.


The objective

Improve user experience with the completion of the multimedia project (website redesign) in which information regarding the VMA digital agency, its services and additional content will be found so that the user can interact and find a solution autonomously or assisted through the different contact functions with the digital agency 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


Presentation of project phases

To achieve a website in the best way, there are a series of processes and phases that make up its management. With this it is achieved that the content, elements and development fully comply with what is intended to be communicated.


Phases that make up the project

Analysis phase (customer requirements and multimedia proposal)

1. The target audience and its area where it will operate was defined.

2. To deepen the knowledge of the target public, a survey was carried out and with the results the needs of the type of Agency client were defined, drawing conclusions to serve them.

3. The briefing process was carried out for the specific knowledge of the Agency

4. A proposal was made to the agency for web redesign.

Planning phase (Definition of the structure and design of multimedia elements)

5. Wireframes, Mockups, functional prototype, Navigation Map, were made in Canva, Illustrator and Adobe XD to define the architecture of the site, usability, accessibility

6. Technical and literary scripts were made with their respective Synopsis for the realization of audiovisual content with audiovisual production tools with Adobe Premiere Rush after effects

Development Phase (Integration of elements, testing and contractual definitions of multimedia)

7. Open source tools were used to support insertion and synchronization of tools and content through HTML and CSS Dream weaber . Finally, CMS Wix was chosen to carry out the website Thinking about SEO strategy and content marketing.


Website Presentation

The Virtual Media Agency website was made entirely in the Wix CMS, intending to test its functions and tools for SEO Marketing and administration of its social networks in order to make a strategic alliance between the agency and future clients.

Slide

The home page shows its menu which leads to each section of the site and scrolling down shows a slide with CTA for those who need a service from the agency. The same slide Shows its 4 main services to reach each of them when clicking

Video

To talk about the agency, he takes a promotional Reel video in which he shows the way he serves his clients.

Some customers

Space to display client logos accompanied by a CTA to capture leads.

At the moment it is not showing them until the moment of its commercial and strategic reactivation.

Show the most recent blog articles to take the reader to each one.

audio blog

Finally, it leads to an integrated sound cloud tool where each of the blogs are in audio format to be heard

Although the visitor can reach this section from the home page, the menu also takes them to this section where it shows each service and can be taken by each one of them.

Content production

It emphasizes that any website, application or platform design must always be oriented to the content that composes it and in this way it shows its characteristics, services that are categorized as content and leads the visitor to a CTA to leave their data and be contacted. .

Content marketing

It shows how after having the content or at the time of execution, the digital strategy seeks objectives so that through this content it can position the brand or capture leads that become potential customers.

Digital presence consulting

Although it is shown as third party, it is the first moment in front of the client in which you seek to understand him to find out what he really needs and based on those results, propose a marketing and content production strategy.

Brand creation in digital environment

This is a great bet on the part of the Agency, thanks to its experience and time in managing clients in the sector in which it operates. Virtual Media Agency aims to help entrepreneurs in their initial or restructuring phase to create a brand presence in the digital environment. Since we are in times when new ideas are consolidated and become startups and companies with sustainable development using the internet as the best tool for results.

All services end with a CTA to contact the Agency.

What this section seeks is to show the client as a success story, giving relevance to each of the services with which the agency helped the client obtain the best results. As an example is the La Sanducheta brand, which is a bet of the VMA Manager and as part of this project, going from having an ideal client to creating a real client with its respective starting strategy. Each project ends with a CTA to contact the agency

The about us section introduces the company, what it is looking for and the target group it is currently serving. Again it shows the promotional Reel video and a presentation of what it is. Finally, it shows an example of the people who make it up. (The people represented there for the moment are just an example. At the time of reactivating your services, the corresponding people will be there) at the end a CTA to contact the Agency directly.

The blog is a fundamental part of the website since it works as an SEO strategy. Each of your articles will lead your readers to make decisions through CTAs and at the same time help the site to be ranked in search engines by constantly publishing articles.

The contact section is currently the only contact form on the website where all the CTAs are landing to leave their information. It has the information of the correspondence address and the commercial one is not currently active.

Finally, the footer shows the Agency's social networks, together with information about the project and the data protection policy. It also shows the newsletter so that people who want information through mailing can register.

A fundamental tool currently to serve customers or even to serve new prospects is the chat and the appropriate automations so that regardless of the time the visitor is on the website, they have an answer and instantly or in the next business hour it is contacted.

The website is adapted in responsive to be viewed from any device.

Conclusion

The VMA digital restructuring project (Digital Reengineering in Times of Pandemic) took a significant step forward when carrying out this web design, which, although its navigation map is very similar to the previous one, due to the hierarchical organization of information, its services are presented in a more right to the objective that Virtual Media Agency wants to present as a brand and as an Agency. With this, and with the CMS that now works hand in hand, your digital strategy will be adjustable to the movement of the digital market and will be competitively at the forefront in your market sector, to take a firm first step in your Social Networks strategy, generating of relevant content and its respective digital marketing.

Well, with this we are not really presenting the end, but rather the beginning of a project that, so far, the most important thing has been to create a firm structure so that Virtual Media Agency continues to be sustainable, but above all, profitable for each of its collaborators.
